  • Public figures in Monaco use The Google Drive SEO Technique.

SEO is about being extremely clear in terms of information. Content that is high quality and detailed tends to rank better in search engines than content that is low quality and not detailed.

Websites are usually built with menus (main menus and submenus) that should make it easier for users to find the right information. For the most part, web administrators and public figures in Monaco usually link their menu content to internal informative links/page content on the website they own and administer.

This is the most common way to build menus and positively benefits the website's seo. However, there are other external seo techniques (offpage seo) which also works for public figures in Monaco, preferably in combination with internal linking and menu construction

The technique that I describe involves increasing the amount of information based on chosen niche and through this gain the upper hand in the search engines through the quantity and size of information based on the niche in question

This can be done by using Google News and in connection with this search either for keywords that are directly linked to the niche in question or alternatively search for several different keyword combinations that can be linked to a current niche.

After searching on Google News, Google News will display a number of search results that they consider relevant based on the keywords that have been entered. *You can choose to filter the search based on search results that are from the last hours, week, month, etc.

When you have selected the search result that you consider most relevant and informative based on your niche, you choose to "print the post"

To do this in Google Chrome, click on the three dots in the browser at the top right.

    • After that, you choose “Print”.

    • Followed by the choice “Save as PDF”.

Save the PDF file on your computer.

In the next step, you connect to your Google Drive account.

On Google Drive you create a Folder and name it with the keyword that is most relevant to your niche (eg "SEO"). When that is done, you choose to "share the Folder". Click on the 3 dots on the right of the folder and select "share".

Example of folder in Google Drive. 3 dots to the right is used when the folder shall be shared from a link.

Select the option “anyone with the link can view”.

Example on Google Drive Shared Folder - Anyone with the link can view content in folder. *Offpage SEO.

Choose to copy the link and click done (the blue button on the right).

The next step, 1. open the folder and 2. publish the PDF file in the folder.

    Examples follow below.

Example of PDF file in a Google Drive Shared Folder - The icon symbol with a red ring around, this tells the user of Google Drive that the folder and file is public (shared).

Now, link from your webpage's menu to the shared Google Drive Folder you created and published the PDF file in.

What happens by using this Google Drive Seo Method is that you share information *without changing the original source and with this, the information is linked via the menu link on the web page and the folder in Google Drive. ***This gives an indication to the search engines about the web page's content and can, at best, raise the web page's rank position in the search engines.

This Google Drive Seo Technique can of course also be used together with other file formats than PDF. Eg Google Docs. The point is to buffer files which are informative. The focus is on mass and quality.

Example of Google Drive Shared Folder with several public Google Doc Files that has unique language. Means that the seo target is several countries - (*International publication of information from a Google Drive Shared Folder).

Important to consider if you download information from Google News is not to change the information

This Google Drive Seo Technique can be used to advantage if public figures in Monaco write an article in Google Docs in their native language first (French?) and which they then choose to translate via the translation function in Google Docs into ***several other different languages in order to publish the information internationally either by:

    1. Publish the content and its information on their web page.

    2. Or by download the content from Google Docs and upload it to Google Drive in a Shared Folder linked to menu items on their web page

    3. Alternatively, both, i.e. publish the content on their web page and upload it to Google Drive in a shared folder that is linked to the menu option on their web page.

Caching content and files in a shared folder in Google Drive and linking this to a menu item on a web page is a form of "sneaky seo technique" which may be difficult for competitors to notice in Monaco.

Many of the seo analysis tools that competitors use in Monaco scan web pages and their content in different ways.

But since the information is placed in a shared Google Drive folder, it is not certain that seo analysis tools will detect this and in such a case to the detriment of the competitors.

This is part of the proverb “content is king” which basically means from an seo perspective that public figure in Monaco who has the most quality information wins and dominates their market in on Google/internet.

Disadvantages of this Google Drive Seo Technique are:

That the audience in Monaco is sent to other external content that is not on the website. The risk of losing the audience exists, and above all if the audience feels that the content of the files in the shared Google Drive folder is better than what is on the website.

Precisely for this reason, public figure in Monaco should consider the PROS and CONS of this Google Drive SEO Technique before putting it into practice

That is, if the Google Drive Seo Technology raises public figures website in search engines in Monaco, if they get more traffic to their website in Monaco, if they get more subscribers from Monaco to their website, etc. then it may be worth losing a small part of the audience through the external linking to the content of the shared Google Drive Folder which is linked to the menu on their website that is hosted in Monaco.

The Google Drive SEO Technique can be used in several different ways. For example, by linking the shared Google Drive folder to a YouTube channel, to a social media account, to a product on Amazon, to a landing page, etc.

The purpose and idea of this Google Drive Seo Technology is that:

    • The mass and size of the information placed in the shared Google Drive folder should lift and improve the content from an seo perspective that the link is linked to -> in search engines such as: Google, Bing, Aol, Yahoo etc.

Generally, internal linking is preferable for public figures in Monaco, but there are exceptions and this is an example of such an exception from an SEO perspective.

  • This is how I use the function to improve my website SEO and to structure my emails.

Gmail is, in my opinion, the best free email provider and also probably the most secure. Gmail has everything you need to be able to manage e-mail in a smooth and easy way. So if you don't have Gmail, my advice to you is to get it.

In this article, I will describe a technique that I use that improves my structure around e-mail and at the same time creates conditions for improving SEO on my Joomla website.

I've previously advocated using a keyword or brand name when registering Gmail. This is because it facilitates building good seo

So we start by creating a Gmail that can be tied to a keyword relevant to an industry, niche or brand, or alternatively a company name.

    Example “existing” hypothetical addresses:

    painter@gmail…..

    paintmaster@gmail..

    hotel@gmail….

    hotell@gmail….

    hotel-Luxembourg@gmail…

    Luxembourg-hotell@gmail..

When this is done, the next phase follows, namely creating sub gmail addresses that are related to the existing email address. Creating sub gmail addresses can be done easily by adding a + to the existing email address including sub name. If you give one of your Gmail sub-addresses to someone and they choose to reply to this, the reply will be sent to the existing Gmail address.

    Example hypothetical “subaddresses”:

    painter+floor@gmail…

    painter+London@gmail….

    painter+UnitedKingdom@gmail….

    hotel+Luxembourg@gmail…

    hotell+Luxembourg@gmail

    hotel+fivestar@gmail..

    hotell+fivestar@gmail..

    hotel+bestprice@gmail…

    Etc…….

The point of this is to build one or more clouds with Gmail addresses that contain keywords for the industry or brand to be marketed on the internet/ Google. Start from the existing Gmail address and then branch this out into sub-addresses that are relevant based on the relevant keyword, brand name, industry, niche.

In the next phase, you can use the sub-addresses in e.g. contact forms that are published on a web page that contains information that can be related to the keyword and sub-name in the Gmail address.

In my case, I have a Gmail sub address for each country's category on my Joomla webpage and for that I have a unique contact form.

So if I publish an article focusing on Luxembourg then I use my contact form which is linked to The Gmail subaddress for Luxembourg. I publish the contact form at the end of the article on my Joomla website. Furthermore, I can create filters, categories and autoresponders in Gmail in order to structure and improve seo even more.

Gmail subadresser för seo och mejlstruktur.

    SEO

By using this "digital marketing technique" Google gets first information through what is published on the website and in the next step if someone chooses to send information via the Gmail subaddress directly or via contact form, Google receives information via that or those channels. *This gives Google indications that in the next step creates the possibility of a improved and sharpened search engine optimization by using Gmail address.

Exempel på gmail subadress och erhållen datainformation genom kontaktformulär.

The larger the cloud of Gmail sub-addresses used and sub-addresses containing relevant keywords, the clearer it will be to Google to understand what kind of information is objective and therefore most likely also improves the indexing of the information in the Google search engine.

That is the information is ranked and visible in the right place when someone searches on Google for the keywords found in the web page's content as well as in the Gmail sub-addresses that are linked to published contact forms, autoresponders, etc.

The Gmail function can also be used in connection with various registrations/ verifications on the internet, for example when an account is created on a website and when the user does not want to provide their existing Gmail address, in online recruitment processes where the recruiter requires e-mail verification, etc.

  • Content creators often aim to share certain specific information with a certain target group in a certain country.

Technology to be able to implement this with successful results is seo, content that is written in the same language as the target group, e.g. English, German, etc.

In addition to this, a web system that gives the content creator the right conditions to succeed. Conditions that involve technical seo in the web system that the content creator uses.

The content creator also needs what is known as Google Trust. That is, the creator needs a website that is verified by Google, Bing, etc. and the creator should ideally have published quality content on the web for a longer period of time.

Which web system is suitable to use for this?

A web system that I want to advocate is Joomla. I advocate Joomla because this system is very powerful. As far as I know, there is probably no other system that has the same potential as Joomla. The disadvantage of Joomla is that it is very complex and that it takes time to become a good Joomla administrator. All different settings that can be made in the backend and settings that should be made (default) require the administrator to have Joomla knowledge.

In one of my previous articles, I wrote about how to measure a Joomla website using GT Metrix and Google Page Speed Insights. If the right settings are made in Joomla in combination with content that is seo based then both GT Metrix and Google Page Speed Insights will give the Joomla website owner high scores.

Furthermore, to publish content internationally, settings in Joomla can be made with specific language settings. That is, the content creator chooses in the Joomla Backend which country/ language the content has. Through these choices, the orientation of the content is also made clear when search engines crawl/ index the content on the Joomla website.

    How is it made?

Through several different parameters. Among other things through the website link linked to the content.

    Example:

    https://gyllenstorm.joomla.com/sv

This link makes it clear to search engines that the content is related to Swedish.

    Further examples:

    https://gyllenstorm.joomla.com/sv/swedish/h%C3%B6gan%C3%A4s/hemtjaenst-hoeganaes/hemtjaenst-garantiatagande-kkl-konsumentkoeplagen.html

This link makes it clear to search engines that the content is related to Swedish and that the content is related to certain geographical point, in this example Höganäs (hoeganaes).

Publish international from a Joomla system with focus on SEO.

This, in combination with the fact that relevant article content consists of text and H1, H2, H3, etc., longitude and latitude value that is linked to a certain geographical point, increases the odds that the content will be indexed and ranked in the right place in search engines.

Thus, the content creator through the Joomla system can create unique content with specific/ exact geographical search engine targeting. This is unique and of course gives content creators great opportunities in connection with publishing on the web.

Furthermore, this can be tailored in connection with the Joomla administrator building his website structure through created menus, categories, subcategories and more.

When all the settings are done in Joomla, then it is followed by a new phase. Namely to start publishing content.

When I create my content for my Joomla site, I always start writing the content in Google Docs. I write the content in normal text format in my native language ie Swedish. At this stage, I do not focus on building headlines, links, etc., but once again I write the content in pure text format.

When the article is finished in Google Docs, i choose to translate it by using the translation service that is built into Google Docs under the Tools tab. There, i select the language into which I want to translate my original content. Eg from Swedish to French etc.

When it's done, I copy the content into Google Docs. After this, I log into my Joomla backend and choose "create a new article". When a new article is to be created in Joomla, this is done through the embedded CMS system that is in the Joomla backend. In the CMS system, I paste the text that I copied from Google Docs. When the text is pasted, I adjust it by creating headings (H1, H2, H3, etc., adding internal links in the text as well as other technical settings such as adding keywords, meta description, language focus, open graph value, etc. When everything is ready, i select the date, time for publication and click "publish".

The article is thus published in the Joomla system under the country orientation that I have chosen. Means that when a visitor clicks on the flag that is linked to the country orientation that my article has, the article will be displayed in several different places in the Joomla systemś frontend.

Building content with this incredible precision is cut and dried for serious content creators.

I don't think there is any quick fix equivalent to Joomla, but if you are serious and want to invest some of your time in creating content for the web then the Joomla system is recommended. Take the time to familiarize yourself with the Joomla system and enjoy all the opportunities you get around creating powerful content for the web.

When you have your Joomla system completely set up, you can choose just about any country orientation. You can thus start publishing content with an international focus.

From a traffic perspective, there are certain rules of thumb and above all in the context when it comes to language choice of created content. For example, an article in English tends to drive more traffic to the website than an article in, say, Dutch does. So when creating content, this is a factor to consider. If you want maximum traffic then language should also be chosen based on this for the Joomla content that is created. But again, the content creator determines the exact targeting and target point.

If the content creator wants to create a Joomla article about bananas on Karl-Johan Street in Oslo in Norway then he can do it.

The Joomla system gives you the opportunity to build powerful Joomla content that can be targeted internationally 🙂.

  • Index on Google and time? Auckland seo - Karl-Johan Gyllenstorm

It is only when the content is indexed on Google that it becomes searchable on Google. That is, your audience can search for your web content on Google that you have published on your web page. When the content gets indexed on Google, the web content gets its "real/genuine" value!

There has been a lot of discussion in SEO forums about how long it takes to get content indexed on Google and the fact is that all content published on web pages is not indexed. This can be due to several different factors that I will not go into in detail in this article.

Back to the length of time to get your content indexed on Google. I have made a measurement and in this measurement I compare the date value that an article has on my Joomla web page and time variables that Google regrets when searching on the entire article's title (H1:a).

The article is published on my website 2025-04-26.

    Indexera webbinnehåll på Google

Google says that the article is published 3 days ago. Which should indirectly mean that this article has been indexed on Google shortly after it was published.

    Indexera webbinnehåll på Google

So the answer to how long it takes for a Joomla site's content to be indexed on Google is:

Relatively immediately/in the near future after the content has been published on the website. This is not a general answer but a result tied to my article on my Joomla site.

What seo technical settings etc can you do as a website owner to increase the odds of indexing your content on Google?

    • Add the site's sitemap to Google Search Console.

    • Add the site's sitemap to Bing Webmaster Tools.

    • Set the robot.txt file to “index all”.

    • Use Schema in all articles.

    • Use meta description, meta keywords.

    • Use headings in the content (H1, H2, H3, H4, H5, H6)

    • Link internally on your website.

    • Use Feedburner.

    • Use Open Graph.

    • Enter the date in each article.

    • Enter author.

    • Create qualitatively informative and fact-based content that provides answers to questions.

    • Never duplicate content.

    • Have a web page that loads content quickly. Avoid large image files, javascript and more that can make the website slow. Measure the web page load time with the Google Page Speed tool.

    • Use the Joomla system.

Fast indexing of web content is a form of indicator that the website works and that Google knows about the website.

By knowing the approximate time for indexing in Google, publication of content can also be planned based on times that may, for example, be current for online campaigns etc.

Indexing content on Google can be difficult.

This is because the information flow on the internet is massive and the web content to be indexed may already exist and in such a case in a better qualitative and informative format. This means in concrete terms that if the web content is of low quality in combination with few or no seo technical settings then the content will most likely not be indexed.

To produce “quick and dirty” web content for the purpose of being indexed on Google does not work.

That time is over. Google has set the bar high when it comes to getting web content indexed. If you want to be part of Google's search results, it helps if the information that is published is unique, informative and guiding, entertaining and, last but not least, fact-based.

Those of you who have read my other articles about seo and digital marketing are probably beginning to understand the complexity of creating quality web content.

All the pieces must be included in the content if the possibility of a positive result in Google is to be achieved. Precisely for this reason, you should use a web system that gives you the right conditions to succeed and that makes it easier for you when you create web content with the aim of indexing it on Google. Wordpress and Joomla are examples of web systems that facilitate and give the content creator the right conditions for indexing web content on Google.

The time invested in creating web content is time well spent if done correctly.

That is, if the web content gets indexed on Google. If your web content is visible on Google, then you get to take part in the global audience flow that is on Google. If your web content is not visible on Google, then your audience flow is radically limited and thus also the value of the web content.

Publishing web content that does not include seo technical settings is a waste of time.

  • Enumeration of automated link building.

In the younger days before Google Panda was implemented, link building looked different. Many of the techniques that were used then for seo and link building do not work today and some of the techniques are against the user policy that Google has and therefore shall not be performed. However, the techniques are interesting to look at if you are interested in seo

The techniques that were used for link building before Google Panda came into force can give you perspective on how to develop your seo and link building if you take the older techniques to new improved developed levels of seo and link building.

Those of us who are familiar with Seo know that what is called and referred to as “black hat” technology should be avoided. And definitely if you have valuable web content that you are afraid of. And no, using these techniques to sabotage competitors does not work. Don't even think about it.

So what could a legacy link building technique look like before Google Panda took effect?

One of my custom tools that I could use before Google Panda came into effect was my link building tool that created links automatically based on the specified original link as input value.

The tool created links automatically at even/uneven time intervals and in each link created a number was added to the end of the link.

    For example:

    Input value: https://gyllenstorm.com

    Automated links via the tool:

    20 second delay

    https://gyllenstorm.com/1

    20 second delay

    https://gyllenstorm.com/2

    20 second delay

    https://gyllenstorm.com/3

    Etc....

What the link builder did was add a value to the end of each link, while the link itself kept its original link address, in this fictitious example: https://gyllenstorm.com .

The purpose of this was to manipulate the search engine's algorithm, which would benefit SEO in the next step in various ways.

In the next phase, when the links were produced, the entire batch of links (300 pieces) was copied and added in the Ping tool WM Mass Ping. After adding in WM Mass Ping, all links were pinged. Pinging of links in WM mass Ping with time delay in each ping.

The purpose of pinging a link is to speed up indexing of the link in search engines.

In retrospect, automated link building could also be carried out where keywords including enumeration of each link are used together with irregular time shifts in automated link production:

    For example:

    Input value:

    https://gyllenstorm.com

    Automated link building:

    10 second delay

    https://gyllenstorm.com/nyckelord-1

    15 second delay

    https://gyllenstorm.com/nyckelord-2

    20 second delay

    https://gyllenstorm.com/nyckelord-3

    10 second delay

    https://gyllenstorm.com/nyckelord-4

    Etc….

It is precisely this thinking regarding the development of a link building technique that I want to highlight.

That you have one "standard model" which is developed into something that can be classified as better and more complex without making it more difficult and breaking regulations.

The picture shows my tool in all simplicity. At the top of the image, a barometer is shown that moves to the right as the number of links is built automatically with a certain time shift - until the "link batch" is full, i.e. 300 links have been built.

Länkbyggnation och SEO - Mass Automatisering av länkbyggnation.

The links are easily copied in the link tool by dragging the mouse cursor over the link text followed by the keyboard command -> Ctrl+C. After the links are copied they can be added to the bulk ping tool WM Mass Ping, the addition is made by pasting the links - keyboard command -> Ctrl+V. And finally the pinging is done by clicking the button “PING” i WM Mass Ping Tool.

Pingning av länkar för indexering i sökmotorer.

In clarification, this technique should not be used. The technology is outdated and is not classified as effective and may be against the user policy of Google.

So don't use the technique, men feel free to analyze the execution and composition of the code for link building automation and in connection with that you may be able to develop something better for your own private or business link building.

Much of SEO achieves its full effect only when different tools are intertwined and when they are used in the right way. What I describe in this article is a signpost on such an occasion.
