In this article, the internet marketer and seo

Why are so many hours spent on social media, why do people sit
and write content for their blogs and websites. Why do companies
buy domain names and why do companies hire web hosts. There
are many questions that concern the title in this article.
We start with social media why people use this and how much time is
reasonable to invest / day on social media? Which social media are preferable
and which can be avoided or placed in secondary compartments. My
experience of social media is that this can be a very good tool to use to drive
traffic to a landing page where a product, service, etc. is sold / offered.


Some social media deliver better than others.

 

This is most likely due to social media algorithms and general popularity. Some social
media have an algorithm that lifts newly published content in a short time and some
have an algorithm that triggers new content in a longer time.
For about 2 years, I have evaluated which social media has
delivered good traffic to my blog.
I have published content relatively regularly on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin
and on Youtube. Regarding web traffic, Linkedin is the social medium that stands out.
Linkedin delivers good traffic and promotes related content links on Google. Linkedin
offers its users to be able to see the number of visitors to a content that has been
published, to be able to see who searched for the Linkedin profile and more. What I find
a little unnecessary is all congratulatory notices in different formats that are often linked
to simple thanks, big thanks. It feels watered down with all these congratulatory
announcements on Linkedin.
I have also periodically sent messages to Linkedin profiles that I have in my contact
network. And very rarely are answers received immediately. An answer is often absent,
or comes with a delay. Of course, this creates thoughts about how the correspondence
flow works on Linkedin, but also how many fake accounts could be registered. Questions
about how the messaging function on Linkedin works can be questioned, does the
message pass a kind of control filter before it reaches the recipient? If so, what is this
control filter? Is it done manually? Regardless, Linkedin delivers good traffic to my blog
posts and I give a thumbs up for that. What does not get the thumbs up is all the
congratulatory notifications and message features.
Another social medium that is extremely powerful is Reddit. This is a powerful tool that
many search engine optimizers love. It is used to elevate content links on Google. On
several occasions, I have published links on my Reddit account and after a number of
days, these appear in the top flow on Google. The effort in the form of time spent pays
off relatively quickly on Reddit. And best of all, it's free. Twitter, Twitter is a relatively
good social medium used to build networks with other Twitter users. I do not feel that
Twitter delivers as good traffic as Linkedin does. As far as contact creation and
networking are concerned, Twitter is more protracted than Linkedin is. Twitter is used by
some online marketers and search engine optimizers for a single purpose, namely for
the purpose of only sharing links / content. You spend less time following other Twitter
users for a reason. What is advocated is to use shoutout´s on Twitter. This gives your
Twitter content an extra boost in the Twitter flow and in search engines that index
published Twitter content. A shoutout is done by typing @ followed by related activities
such as Google - @google, @twitter, @youtube etc. This is something I also use on my
Linkedin posts and many times in combination with tags # that have the same name as
the specified shoutout .S. It's about showing clarity, showing the search engines what
the content is about.
Linkedin, Twitter and Reddit are used by many experienced online marketers
where content that is published is intertwined in the content thread. A content thread is a
post followed by comments. Content threads have a greater weight in Social media and
these also have a tendency to get higher up in search engines such as Google, Yahoo
and Bing.
Facebook or the new Meta. Where do I start, Meta or
Facebook at the time unfortunately did not have the same
potential as it had.
I personally feel that users' interest in Meta has waned. This is a result of all the fuss
about hacked accounts, fake accounts, constant updates regarding terms of use and
more. Meta has traffic, Meta has users but that's not what it's been. I use Meta, I have a
private profile and a page where I publish my blog content. However, my expectations
are on the same level as on Twitter. I share my content and give it traffic so it's good and
if it does not, it probably has some kind of positive SEO effect on my content and links.
Instagram is the next social medium. Instagram with all these pictures and likes. I have
evaluated my current Instagram account and compare existing seo results with the
account I had before. The result is less indexed content on Google. I see less of my
Instagram photos on Google.
This can of course be due to a number of different factors, but also likes and followers
have become smaller on my current Instagram account despite the fact that I have
become more efficient at optimizing my Instagram posts. By using high quality images,
relevant tags and shoutouts. I have published quality content on Instagram that has
resulted in 0 likes, 0 followers, 0 comments. Of course, this creates thoughts about
whether the account is dysfunctional in any way. The result is that you focus on what
gives the most value based on invested time and in my case, Instagram is not this.
Instagram lands in the same place as Meta in my evaluation. I use it but have no
expectations of traffic, followers, likes.


Now to Youtube. Youtube is one of my favorites!


With Youtube, you get both traffic and high positions on Google. Investing half a day in
producing a content video is a well-invested time. Experienced search engine optimizers
and internet marketers often share some of their Blog content in the Youtube video
description and link to full content. The thing to be a little careful with is to overuse tag
words on Youtube. Again, it's about being clear. Too many tag words can mislead search
engines, which means that the Youtube video gets a worse position on Google and in
the general Youtube flow. Example: if you are going to publish a Youtube post that is
about dog toys, the word dog toys should be included in the Youtube video's title,
description and tag words. In addition, it is a clear advantage if the link that you attach in
the Youtube content also contains the word dog toys ex. https:
//dog_toys/for/big/dogs.com.
What many Youtube users are desperately chasing are subscribers. Youtube
subscribers are hard to get. It takes something out of the ordinary to get subscribers.
There are various marketing models used to get Youtube subscribers. Either by
publishing unique Youtube videos that are liked and that add value / experience to those
who watch the Youtube clip and based on this choose to start subscribing. Some search
engine optimizers, internet marketers choose to use Google Adwords (paid advertising)
where you publish the Youtube channel's subscription link. This is a marketing model
that is relatively expensive but gives faster results. Of course, you should do a thorough
analysis of keywords and search phrases before starting the Google Adwords campaign.
Otherwise, it is comparable to hunting with your eyes closed - you can hit something if
you are extremely lucky.
Youtube is something you should spend time on.
It gives your content traffic, ranks relatively instantly on Google. Youtube is one of the
heavyweights that holds the absolute highest place in the marketing pyramid.
A general tip is not to compromise on quality and design. Do not publish content just for
the sake of publishing, publish content that adds value, an experience associated with
emotions, etc. Some internet marketers choose to publish content that is linked to
questions text how to, what is, who is, The best, How much etc. You do this for a reason
and the reason is that you know that people search for answers on Google and in
connection with this, questions are stated. By publishing this kind of content, the content

not start spamming.
Post only posts that add value. Build your online profile with quality content and nothing
else. The time for fast and easy has passed. Focus on the long term and feel free to
make a schedule for when, what and where you will post content. And do not copy
anyone else's content.
Do you need a website? It depends on what your purpose of online presence is. Many
people often choose to have a website as a starting point. It is on the website that
original content is published and based on this later shared on social media to reach the
target group. I would probably say that all kinds of marketing are at their best when
combined. So YES you have chosen to create an online profile that is public then you
should have a website as well. Today, there are complete solutions for websites that
include domain and web hosting. These solutions are not too expensive, but they cost
money. Personally, I have chosen free alternatives to all online activities. I advocate that
the internet should be free for everyone and that the internet should help people get
better. Free option for you who want to create a website for free is Google Sites. Google
Sites is a great alternative for you who want to create free websites with the highest
modernity and functionality. Google Sites can be easily linked with a domain name,
using Google Webmaster Tools, Google analytics. Here are all the opportunities you
may need as a beginner or as an experienced internet marketer. You design your
website easily by using Google's great drag and drop tool in the backend. Of course,
Google Sites is responsive / dynamic, which means that the website is shaped by the
size of the browser. There are more free options but I will stay at Google Sites because
this concept is unbeatable in my opinion.
Blog - Do you need a blog? If you are active in social
media, Youtube and if you have a website then you should
have a blog.
A blog gives you opportunities that are not available on social media, Youtube and on
Google sites. I will focus on the blog concept Blogger. This is a Google product and this
too is completely free to use. I use Blogger to reach out with my marketing articles that
help and inspire online creators around the world. What is extra advantageous about
Blogger is that the system gives the user the opportunity to direct their content to a
specific geographical location. This is unique with Blogger. It's easy to create great
looking posts in Blogger, posts that contain text, images, videos. Advanced Blogger
users can also publish different types of scripts and code in their posts for different
purposes. Blogger gives the user the opportunity to monetize their content by publishing
ads. The ad model is offered by Google and is called Google Adsense. However, Google
Adsense has a number of different conditions that must be met for the Blogger user to
be eligible to advertise with Google Adsense. It's not uncommon for Blogger users to
combine Google Adsense with other revenue generating systems such as Amazon
Affiliate Marketing. As an advertiser, you should not expect to make big money on your
Blogger blog, however, the advertising systems give the user good opportunities for an
extra income. Personally, I have opted out of ads on my Blogger blog at this time
because I want to keep my blog readers in my Blogger blog for as long as possible.
I use Blogger systematically to publish new guiding marketing articles. One type of
scenario might look like this:

● The article is shared on: Medium, Twitter, Meta, Linkedin, Issue, Scoop.it, Reddit,
Tumblr, Trello, Bitly, Instapaper, Pocket.

Content that has a large traffic flow often ranks high on Google and other search
engines. The traffic gives the content owner great opportunities.
Creating internet related content often puts creators within
a certain niche.
You choose to specialize in one area. An area in which the creator is king. It is not
uncommon for the creator to have a passion for the niche into which content is
produced. My experience says that it is a clear advantage if passion is included because
it takes time to build an online business. It will be much easier to build if the passion is
included.


Search engine optimization and content marketing can be
done in 2 different ways.


One of the ways is marketing through paid advertising. Usually the marketer pays / clicks
(PPC), which means that when someone clicks on the ad, the marketer is charged for
this. The advantage of this marketing model is that you can reach the right target group
relatively immediately and in connection with this start selling your product or service.
However, this is a relatively expensive option and it quickly becomes more expensive. If
you choose this marketing model then you must measure the results constantly. If the
profit exceeds the expenses then this is a good marketing alternative both in the short
and long term.

Another form of internet marketing is the construction of informative content that is

of ranking higher on Google are over. Google prefers quality is my personal opinion.

There are different types of link building techniques.

The other day I was in contact with a business that largely focuses its sales through the

the top feeds. Otherwise, the posts will land far behind in the search engines, which
means that your expectations of results will most likely not materialize. To increase the
prominence, the previously mentioned tools can be used IFTTT and Slack, but Airtable
also offers great opportunities to its users. Airtable offers features based on If This Then
That data features. I have used these in connection with the development of the Backlink
Directory.
